By accessing or using the SignalGate System LLC platform, APIs, middleware, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these terms.
SignalGate System LLC provides sub-millisecond proxy interception, safety orchestration, and runtime firewalls for autonomous AI agent fleets. New enterprise tenant profiles are initialized with an automatic 50,000 free event trial voucher applicable during their initial active billing cycle.
Following the utilization of trial vouchers, services are billed automatically via our metered billing partner (Stripe) based on event ingestion volume at the stated flat rate per event ($0.005 per event, with a $0 platform subscription baseline). You authorize our payment processor to charge your saved payment method on a recurring cycle.
You agree not to misuse the platform proxy or conduct unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, or intentional malicious payload generation against unowned target infrastructures through our systems.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SignalGate System LLC explicitly disclaims warranties of absolute malicious payload immunity and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages resulting from agent execution failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
